Where applicable, the Company may also ship physical learning materials such as books, workbooks, journals, or other self-development resources.

3. Shipping of Physical Materials
Where physical materials are included:

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post.
b) International Shipping

Orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Physical orders are dispatched within the applicable processing time or as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order confirmation.

The Company’s responsibility is limited to timely handover of the consignment to the courier or postal authority.
5. Delivery Timelines & Delays

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.
6. Delivery Address & Responsibility

All physical materials shall be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

The Company shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. International Orders – Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import regulations of the destination country.

Any such charges shall be borne solely by the recipient.
8. Service Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of digital services, reports, or programs shall be deemed complete upon successful transmission to the registered email address or digital platform.

Failure to access services due to incorrect contact details or technical issues at the client’s end shall not constitute non-delivery.

10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India only.
